What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with others.
However, for legal purposes, our discussions are not privileged . The privilege of confidentiality that exists for the clergy, therapists and lawyers is not granted to Executive Coaches. However, I am a full member of the International Coaching Federation in good standing, and I adhere to the ICF code of ethics and conduct.
Coaching is a confidential process, and your personal information will always be protected.
